Sunset Hill Equestrian Estates - Connecticut's newest equestrian community!  There is a limited number of approved home sites ranging from two to twelve acres and with completed septic systems designs, so be one of the first to take advantage of this opportunity.  Use your own architect and builder, or go with our recommendations.  As homeowners, you will also have input into the construction of the facility and indoor arena.  Once built, these structures will be maintained by the Homeowners Association.  An equestrian community is a wonderful place to raise your children and have riding/training lessons right in your backyard.   It will also allow you to maintain your busy work schedule, and if you travel for your profession, someone will be there to care for your horse(s).
